The meeting 'Enhance the Capacity of National Emergency Management Agency of Mongolia (NEMA) on the Use of Geo-referenced Information System for Disaster Risk Management (Geo-DRM)' was held on 20 to 24 May 2013 in Ulanbaator, Mongolia.

The purpose of the meeting was to establish the prototype Geo-portal developed for Mongolia and provide training to enhance National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) ability to use the Geo-reference information and coordinate/manage disaster risk. The other objective was to have an in-depth discussion with NEMA and National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC) on future cooperation and plan of action.
