located in the lower northern part of Thailand, 346 kilometers
from Bangkok. It has a total area of 12,668.416 square kilometers
or about 7,917,760 rai. Phetchabun is administratively divided
into 11 districts: Muang Phetchabun, Wichian Buri, Lom Sak, Lom
Kao, Si Thep, Bung Sam Phan, Khao Kho, Chon Dan, Wang Pong, Nong
Phai and Nam Nhao.
