Text: To take the 26th of December every year as the Vietnam Population Day. On this day, the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government, and the population and family planning agencies at various levels shall organize appropriate activities to step up the dissemination of the population and family planning program among people from all walks of life and mobilize them to participate in the execution thereof with the view to improving the living conditions of each people, each family and the entire society.
