Subject:    Management of Family Planning Program

To streamline and make more responsive the National Family Planning Program led by the Department of Health, the overall management of the national program shall be undertaken by the Secretary of Health and by the Undersecretary of Public Health Services.

As such, the Undersecretary of Public Health Services shall manage the day-to-day concerns of the Program through the Philippine FP Program's Technical Secretariat.

A staff to the Secretary of Health, the Technical Secretariat shall be supervised by the Undersecretary for Public Health Services.
