Assalamu'alaikum Wr. Wb. We would like to thank God that because of His blessing and guidance and also our whole collaboration, had been completed and ratified by The President of the Republic of Indonesia on April 16, 1992 the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 1992 concerning Population Development and the Development of Happy and Prosperous Families and which also had been supplemented in the State Gazette Number 35 of 1992, TLN 3475. In this Law the general matter of Population Development and the Development of Happy and Prosperous Families are formulated in order to bring into reality the development if Indonesian community as a whole. To operationalize this law, it is needed to be spelled out into lower regulations. Awaiting to the regulations concerned, for both BKKBN Headquarter and Provinces necessity, this pocket book was published and can be used by the organizers of the National Family Planning Movement in their activities to speed up the participation of the society in developing a happy and prosperous family. We would also like to express our sincere thank to all parties especially who have already been taking part in the publication of this pocket book. Wassalamu'alaikum Wr. Wb.
