CHAPTER IX

CLOSING PROVISIONS

Article 28

At the time this law takes effect, all laws and regulations which relate to the carrying out of efforts for population development and the development of happy and prosperous families remain in effect to the extent they do not contradict this Law.

Article 29

This Law shall take effect on the date of promulgation. In order that everyone may know of this Law, it shall be published by placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
