CHAPTER VII

PARTICIPATION OF THE SOCIETY

1. Every person shall have the right an the greatest opportunity to participate in the efforts for population development and the development of happy and prosperous families.





2. Participation as intended by section (1) shall be carried out through self-supporting institutions and social organizations, private parties, and individuals, voluntarily and independently, in accordance with their respective capabilities.
