Chapter
2 Fertility Regulation
Article 14 Couples
who are both from the Oroqen, Ewenki, Hezhen, Daur and Kirgiz ethnic
groups, according to regulations, are allowed to have a second birth
with an interval of four years. On application and permission from the
family planning authorities above county level, a third birth is permitted
with an interval of no less than four years.
Article 18 Couples
who have abandoned or have their child or children adopted shall have
no more children.
