Chapter 2 Management

Article 10 Floating persons of childbearing age shall, prior to applying for a Temporary Residence Certificate, obtain a Family Planning Inspection Certificate from the family planning department of their place of residence.

Article 12 To provide medical services, migrant persons shall have prior permission from the public health department of their place of residence.
