Method for Management of Premarital Medical Examination

Article 10 Couples who are getting married shall, within two months prior to application for marriage registration, have a premarital medical examination at a local medical or health institution.

Both parties or either party who is a foreigner, overseas Chinese or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan resident, shall have such examination at a medical or health institution designated by public health authorities at city or above level.
