On behalf of Vanuatu, the Honorable Clement Leo,
Minister of Foreign Affairs, signs the Proclamation
on the 26 April 1999 at the 55th Commission Session
of ESCAP. Vanuatu is the ninth Pacific signatory

The Deputy Executive Secretary of ESCAP congratulates
His Excellency Mr. Alikbek Dj. Djekshenkulov, First
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan after
he signed the Proclamation on the 26 April 1999 at
the 55th Commission Session of ESCAP. To date there
are 38 singatories
