The Health & Development Section compiles and
disseminates “good practices” as a tool
to promote innovative approaches in health and development.
The good practice case studies contains information
on noteworthy Asian and Pacific programmes. Many of
them address HIV/AIDS, drug abuse, and sexual exploitation.
Organizations that focus on youth are also featured.
The good practice case studies demonstrate how concrete
impact could be achieved through the sensitive and
context-appropriate interventions. They are intended
to inspire and serve as a useful reference for development
practitioners throughout the region.
