As part of the preparatory process of the Asia-Pacific Water Summit 2007, efforts are being made to discuss possible policy recommendations at the Third South-East Asia Water Forum (SEAWF-3) which will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on October 22nd -26th 2007. SEAWF-3 will include three series of Main Thematic Parallel Sessions. UNESCAP was designated as the lead institution for organizing one of the main themes, Monitoring Investments in IWRM & Results, in cooperation with FAO, JWF, JBIC, ADB, UN-Habitat, WHO, UNICEF, IUCN, and various agencies in Malaysia such as DID, DOE, MANCID, MWA, and NAHRIM.

	“Consolidating Actions towards Effective Implementation of Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM):  What Have We Done? What More Shall We Do?”
