Vietnam: Biodiversity Action Plan
The Government of Vietnam drafted the 1995 Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP), which maps out broad strategies for strengthening institutional capacity in the management of protected area, wetlands, and biological diversity in general. These strategies are consistent with the obligations of Vietnam under the 1992 UN Convention on Biological Diversity.
