Convention on Biological Diversity, 1992.

The Convention is aimed at the conservation of biodiversity. While biodiversity types of agreements may seem to be related only to the environment, they have overall economy-wide influence, such as decisions with respect to what can be produced, harvested, extracted, exported etc., many of which are economic in nature.
