8. National Parks Act
The National Parks Act, 1982, provides for the establishment of national parks and reserve areas of outstanding scenic and scientific value. The Act repealed and replaced the National Parks and Gardens Ordinance, 1966, and the National Parks Act, 1971, and its subsequent amendments in 1971 and 1975.
