5. Environmental lectures and exhibitions
Environmental lectures and exhibitions were conducted to enhance public understanding of the environment. The programmes enabled the public to gain access to the correct information on the environment. Environmental exhibitions were also conducted through out the year. In addition, the Department also distributed posters as well as make slides and photographs available on loan to interested individuals and agencies.
