1. Environmental impact assessment

The specific Code of Practice on Environmental Protection spells out the responsibilities of professionals and promotes the amendment of relevant laws in order to lay down the relevant duties and authority of such professionals. They can then require contractors and developers using their services to follow their directives for further protection measures needed in resource development projects.
