2. Comprehensive treatment of solid waste
First, because of the complex composition, high production levels and difficulties
in treating industrial solid wastes, priority in treatment is given to
comprehensive and recycling uses. Second, in accordance with the national
regulations, the management and treatment of harmful and poisonous solid
wastes should be further strengthened. Third, the major forms of treatment
and use of city garbage are sanitary landfills, composting and comprehensive
treatment in the middle city group. Solid
waste treatment projects are listed in table 10.
