Monitoring and Evaluation
 

The Fund attaches high priority to monitoring and evaluation, to clearly identify the outputs and results achieved during the life of a project, the project’s overall impact, lessons learned that can inform future project design, and identify and address any problems with project implementation at an early stage. The ‘project’ section of this website contains updated information on the progress of ongoing projects.

The Fund’s Monitoring and Evaluation Framework includes guidelines for monitoring and evaluation both of the overall Fund, as well as individual projects that are supported by the Fund. A full copy of the Framework, including general monitoring and evaluation principles, is available below.

Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (December 2008)
Implementing organizations are required to submit periodic progress reports (as per the schedule agreed to in the Letter of Agreement), as well as terminal reports. Templates for these reports can be downloaded below.
