68th Session of the Commission

In resolution 67/15, the Commission decided “to move towards paperless Commission sessions with the possibility of electronic early delivery of all pre-session documents and communications” in an effort to be more environmentally friendly.

As a first step towards achieving this goal, USB flash drives pre-loaded with the pre-session documents and other session information will be distributed to each participant upon registration. Therefore, only limited numbers of copies of the Commission's documents will be printed and available for distribution. All documents can also be found on the Commission website. Delegates are encouraged to download or print them out in advance of the session as limited printing facilities will be available only upon request.

Participants are also encouraged to bring their own laptop computers and/or smart devices for access to the Commission website and the relevant documents. All meeting rooms and public areas are fully equipped with wi-fi connections and power sources. One laptop computer per member State delegation will also be available for loan upon request.
