    Objectives:






    To plan routine workload and apply techniques for prioritizing workload
    To recognize time wasting situations and manage interruptions effectively
    To understand and identify importance vs. urgency
    To enhance productivity and performance by exercising good time management
    To appreciate the importance of using assertiveness, delegation and effective meeting skills


    Course contents:





    Creating your vision and the time to achieve it
    Developing your productive capacity through goal-setting and time management
    Setting priorities and learning to delegate
    Managing interruptions, time wasters and paper work

    By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:






    Understand how your vision and values shape your time management
    Develop a new framework for thinking about managing yourself and your time
    Create strategies for dealing with time management problems that threaten your capacity for exercising leadership
    Understand how to develop strategies for organizational improvement
