Target audience: Staff who have completed the foundation course on Supervisory Skills Training

Objectives: These workshops:


• Staff members are encouraged to bring their own cases and challenges for analysis and coaching • Participants may also enhance their understanding and skills using prepared cases

Topics to be covered:


• Reinforcement and practice of models and tools • Discussion and analysis of challenging cases encountered by participants • Introduction to coaching skills and concepts to broaden supervisory capability • Dealing with change personally and supporting others during change • Networking and support from other supervisors
