Mandatory Programme

  Prevention of Workplace Harassment, Sexual Harassment and Abuse of Authority (on-line)

    Duration: 3 hours
    Training dates: self-paced

    Target audience:
    Mandatory for all staff members and gratis personnel

    Objectives:

    In 2005, the Secretary-General has launched a system-wide, self-administered learning programme entitled “Prevention of workplace harassment, sexual harassment and abuse of authority”.

    The objective is to strengthen the accountability in the Secretariat and to raise awareness of all staff of their roles and responsibilities for creating and maintaining a workplace free of harassment, sexual harassment and abuse of authority .
