Use the OASIS Model for effective communication with others who have different perspectives (everyone).
Understand the difference between assumptions and observable data.
Learn how to manage ones response to differences.
Appreciate different styles and how to best work with them.
Practice making requests and agreements for results.
Practice giving and receiving feedback to facilitate achievement of goals.
Work with challenging situations and explore new options for success. |
