    Objectives: These workshops:
     




    Create understanding of the career development process and impart skills for effective career planning and development
    Clarify the respective roles and responsibilities of staff, managers, and the Organization with respect to career planning and development
    To be an additional tool to prepare staff for mobility


    Topics to be covered:

     





    Define the components of the Development Plan section of ePAS and prepare for work planning and career development meetings
    Explore ways to enrich current jobs identify transferable skills that need to be developed to facilitate career mobility
    Identify challenging and skill building work assignments
    Negotiate a learning assignment with your supervisor
