    Create understanding of the career development process and impart skills for effective career planning and development
    Clarify the respective roles and responsibilities of staff, managers, and the Organization with respect to career planning and development
    To be an additional tool to prepare staff for mobility


    Topics to be covered:

     





    Learn how to link the individual work plan to departmental and unit plans in the framework of the Compacts between Senior Managers and the Secretary- General
    Apply ‘SMART” principles to individual goals and link clear actions to key related actions and success criteria or performance expectations for each goal
    Select the most relevant competencies and behavioral indicators related to the specific goals for the reporting cycle, including managerial competencies and job-related competencies
