  Coaching for Improved Performance

    Objectives:
    These workshops:
       

    • Gain an enhanced understanding of the role of coaching in management development
    • Support others in coming to their own conclusions about the best way to enhance their learning, performance and motivation
    • Apply an effective roadmap for conducting a coaching conversation and dealing with resistance
    • Apply the coaching process for personal development
    • Learn when coaching is appropriate and when it is not, and understand the mindset needed for effective coaching

    • When coaching is appropriate and when it is not
    • The mindset needed for effective coaching
    • Active listening
    • Analysing possible causes of performance issues
    • Working with resistance
    • Practicing coaching each other on real life issues
