Annual Report 2007

This reports describes and analyses a Staff Development Programme that was equally strong in terms of participations, time spent in training and number of learning activities as in 2006.

It highlights an increase of perceived relevance, satisfaction and impact across all programme categories and in comparison to the previous two years.

The report describes the extend to which annual objectives were met and it elaborates on the need to further increase impact and offer more activities that directly relate to the substantive work of ESCAP.

Annual Report 2006

This report highlights a seven per cent increase in the number of participations registered, compared to 2005.

It also reports a 10 per cent increase in impact ratings of learning activities in 2006. Furthermore this report highlights the continuously increasing inter-agency cooperation among UN agencies in Bangkok in the area of learning.

Annual Report 2005

This first issue of the Learning and Development at UNESCAP, released in 2005 was commended by the Office for Human Resources Management as “a model of best practice”.
