Basic First Aid and CPR Training
Facilitators: Thai Red Cross
All of us should be able to perform first aid because we will eventually find ourselves in a situation requiring it, either for another or for ourselves. The risk of injury while traveling, working, or playing is so great that most people sustain a significant injury at some time during their lives.
Properly applied first aid may mean the difference between life and death, rapid recovery and long hospitalization.
