    • Create understanding of the career development process and impart skills for effective career planning and development
    • Clarify the respective roles and responsibilities of staff, managers, and the Organization with respect to career planning and development


    Topics to be covered:

     



    • Prepare for a mid point review meeting
    • Understand best practices for a successful performance review
    • Use the mid-point review to give and get feedback on the progress of the workplan
    • Use the mid-point review to re-emphasize and evaluate progress on learning and development goals set at the beginning of the cycle
