  Supervisory Skills Training - Foundation Workshop

    Part I: The Role of the Supervisor and Performance Management

    Duration: 2 days
    Training dates and time: TBA, 9.00-17.00 hrs
    Venue: UNESCAP Learning Centre, 3 rd floor of UNCC
    Facilitator: Ms. Anna Harper, Certified Trainer
    Target Audience: Supervisors at the Professional (up to P-4) as well as senior GS staff with supervisory responsibilities.

    Part II: Work Assignment and Delegation

    Duration: 1 day
    Training dates and time: TBA, 9.00-17.00 hrs
    Venue: UNESCAP Learning Centre, 3 rd floor of UNCC
    Facilitator: Ms. Anna Harper, Certified Trainer
    Target Audience: Supervisors at the Professional (up to P-4) as well as senior GS staff with supervisory responsibilities..

    Objectives: At the conclusion of this practical skills-based training, participants will be able to:





    Create a collaborative environment that supports high performance
    Demonstrate the critical skills of effective supervision
    Apply a model for communicating effectively in a diverse workforce
