What is a TANDEM? 
- Tandem is a language learning activity between two people who want to teach and learn each other’s native languages.
- Tandem language learning is independent from attending a language class.
- Tandem promotes less formal ways of learning and teaching foreign languages while encouraging cultural integration among Tandem partners.
