Objectives:
The programme seeks to equip senior staff to:
Define leadership in the current Organizational Context
Identify actions for shaping organizational culture and enhancing results
Create awareness and opportunities for partnership and collaboration
Clarify effective approaches to develop and coach individuals and teams
Foster an environment of innovation
Apply “personal leadership” principles to support the leadership of others
This programme includes two intensive residential workshops (three and a half days and two and a half days respectively), 360-degree feedback to assess strengths and gaps based on the skills and competencies required of senior managers in the organization, an action learning or application project based on the outcome of the 360 degree feedback, and support for the sustained change and the application of learning via individual coaching.
