at least GSD I. Also recommended
for all staff who have completed GSD
II, III and IV.

bring real cases from their work environment for analysis and

Topics to be covered:

Participants will be expected to bring cases/situations they have experienced in their daily workplace where they need input to approach a difficult situation in a more constructive manner. This hands-on approach to problem-solving will incorporate previously learned skills such as active listening, the use
of personal preferences and styles in shaping communications, work assignment conversations and giving and receiving feedback. |
