    Objectives:
    At the conclusion of the training, participants will be able to:


    • Recognize different types of power in organisations and how they can be used positively
    • Identify and use your own power constructively
    • Express your needs and wants and have your voice heard
    • Provide feedback and information to others such that they listen and absorb
    • Get support for ideas and needs
    • Adapt to the needs of others in order to create win win situations
    • Recognize and deal with resistance
    • Use an influence strategy that creates buy in and collaboration
