    Create understanding of the career development process and impart skills for effective career planning and development
    Clarify the respective roles and responsibilities of staff, managers, and the Organization with respect to career planning and development
    To be an additional tool to prepare staff for mobility

    Increase your awareness about the importance of receiving feedback.
    Develop a greater understanding of the feedback process, and explore ways to reduce tensions in feedback sessions that form part of performance reviews.
