Please complete the attached questionnaire to become a member of APHEN and to enable us to generate an Asia Pacific Network Database for Health Economics research and policy initiatives. The database is intended to facilitate collaborative links between researchers, health administrators and those with common interests around the region.

The questionnaire is available in two formats: HTML and plain TEXT.
