The meeting will be held in the Ankara Hotel (Intercontinental, Almaty), which is located on 181, Zeltoksan Street.

For reasons of security, meeting badges should be worn visibly at all times during the APBF meetings and at social functions.

Badge distribution and on-site registration
A registration counter will be set up near the entrance of the Intercontinental Hotel, and registration will be possible during the following hours:

Between 0900 and 1630 hours on 18 May 2007.
Between 0900 and 1400 hours on 19 May 2007.

During the period indicated, arrangements for on-site registration also will be made for participants who had difficulty or no access to the website of ESCAP for online registration. Only the names of duly registered participants will be included in the list of participants for the APBF.
