| Summary: As an annual event, the Forum and the CEO Meeting this year will continue to provide an enabling platform for freight forwarders, multimodal transport operators and logistics service providers in Asia and the Pacific to share knowledge and experience, discuss emerging issues and promote the development of their services. The event will be organized in conjunction with the FIATA Region Asia-Pacific (RAP) Field Meeting on 22 June 2011. Previous events in the recent years were organized at Bangkok in 2007 and 2009, New Delhi in 2008 and Bali, Indonesia in 2010. |

| Objective: |
|
The objectives of the meeting are to:
1. To review development of freight forwarding, multimodal transport and logistics service in the region;
2. To identify the obstacles and progress in freight forwarding, multimodal transport and logistics service; and
3. To foster an effective dialogue of stakeholders of freight forwarding, multimodal transport and logistics service, including government, international organizations and business sector. |
