Following a brief presentation on the least developed
and landlocked developing countries, the Working Group considered
(1) measures to improve implementation of priority operational
activities in each of these countries, (2) human and financial
resources available within the secretariat to implement these
activities and (3) activities which will be implemented in
these countries during the biennium 2003-2004.
