Landscape management (e.g., planting flowerbeds, fertilizing, watering, weeding, trimming trees, replacing plants)
Design management advisory contract (W. Warren)
Irrigation and pond systems (installing, maintaining)
Trash and litter pick up
Parking lot and sidewalk repair and maintenance

Custodial Services (Suthichai Thaveto: Ext.1308)

Regular cleaning of buildings and appurtenances
Periodic specialized cleaning (e.g., carpet shampooing, floor finishing)
Trash collection from a central location (via an external vendor)
External Window and marble cleaning
Handyman service
Sanitizers and ablution hygiene products

Project Management (Stephen Rieger: Ext.2512)

Develop medium and long term maintenance plans
Develop medium and long term improvement plans
Coordinate new building projects architects, engineers and contractors
Coordinate renovation and minor construction projects

Administration (Paul Thompson: Ext.2052)

Budget, expenditure tracking and accounting
Computerized building control system (MetaSys)
Purchasing and contract management (e.g., open purchase orders, annual service contracts for elevators, trash collection, pest control)
Energy and utility management (electric, water and sewer)
Maintain department and building records

Property Management (Suneerat Songphetmongkol: Ext.1928)

Offsite document storage services
Official receipt of all ESCAP goods
Inventory of all ESCAP property & equipment


Space Planning & Furnishings (Suthichai Thaveto: Ext.1308)

Maintenance of furniture
Supply of office desks/chairs/furnishings
