2. Issuance of licences for premises

All premises selling and storing for sale of pesticides must obtain a licence from the Pesticides Board. Applications for licences should be submitted to the Licensing Officer of the State where the premises are situated. The main terms and conditions for the application are that:

  • An applicant must provide all information required in the application form;
  • An applicant must follow the guidelines and conditions stipulated by the Pesticides Board;
  • An application fee of M$ 20 will be charged for a licence, which will be valid for one year.

Approval is granted within 60 days if the applicant is able to fulfil all the requirements of the Board.
