The 65th Commission session comprised two parts: the senior officials segment which was held from 23 to 25 April 2009 and the ministerial segment which was held from 27 to 29 April 2009.
The following events were held during the ministerial segment:
(a) A ministerial round table on the theme of the sixty-fifth session, namely “Towards sustainable agriculture and food security in the Asia-Pacific region”, was held on Monday, 27 April 2009, from 14:30 to 16:15 hours;
(b) A high-level panel on the economic crisis was held on Tuesday, 28 April 2009, from 9:00 to 10:30 hours. |
