The ESCAP secretariat extends its warm welcome to all participants
of the second phase of the fifty-ninth session of ESCAP.
To assist the participants from ESCAP member countries,
the staff members whose names appear in the list below have
kindly volunteered to act as liaison officers. The country
delegations may wish to contact the liaison officers should
they need assistance.
The ESCAP secretariat wishes all the delegates a pleasant
